Ningzhi Jianzhan Studio 宁致建盏工作室
Ni later established 宁致建盏工作室 (Ningzhi Jianzhan Studio) in the Jianyang area. His work is also associated with 赤泽龙窑 (Chize Dragon Kiln) and 福寿堂 (Fu Shou Tang).
Practice & Glazes
Ni is particularly known for traditional partridge-spot work and blue oil-drop glaze. His broader practice includes iron-rich bodies, mineral glazes and wood-fired work, with attention to crystalline pattern, depth and natural kiln variation.
Recognition
Ni’s career includes arts-and-crafts association roles, competition recognition beginning in the mid-2010s and later museum collection of selected work. These professional activities are distinct from the national intangible-cultural-heritage status of the Jian kiln/Jian Zhan firing project itself.
Marks & Identification
Complete base, certificate and vessel photographs are important when distinguishing individual firings and workshop associations.
