Zeng Tengnan is a master of Jian ware and a nationally recognized inheritor of intangible cultural heritage. He has devoted decades to researching and reviving the lost firing techniques of Song Dynasty Jianzhan. With deep experience and dedication to traditional craftsmanship, he is known for blending historic aesthetics with modern innovations.
His signature glaze styles include “Nanlian” (南莲) and “Nanyinlian” (南银莲), which feature intricate crystal patterns and fluid, lotus-like formations. These pieces are admired for their visual depth, balance, and spiritual elegance.
Zeng’s work is collected by tea lovers and ceramic art enthusiasts alike. Each piece is marked with his personal seal: 腾南.
