Artistic Vision
Master Luo specializes in iron-rich glazes and traditional Song dynasty kiln techniques. His studio, Zhan Cheng Bao, produces handcrafted tea bowls that highlight natural glaze patterns and refined clay bodies. Every piece undergoes a meticulous 21-step process, including high-temperature firing at 1350°C and careful cooling over 12 hours.
Dedicated to preserving the essence of Jian ware while exploring new glaze effects, Luo Renxian’s work is beloved by collectors and tea lovers across China and beyond.
“True craftsmanship lies in the quiet devotion to detail… and the passing on of tradition through the fire of the kiln.”
